About

Hi! I’m Erica.

I’m a wife and mom of three.  As a therapist, I knew before having kids myself that the road could be hard, but nothing prepared me for the challenges I experienced in becoming a parent myself.  After my first daughter was born, between birth trauma, isolation, and struggles with mood, I came to realize the profound damage our culture can have on parents’ well-being. With conflicting advice at every turn, it can feel like nothing you do is ever good enough and impossible to trust your own instincts as a parent.

Through my own therapy and building my “parenting village”, I have grown to have more ease with myself as a person and as a parent, and am passionate about helping other parents find more confidence and trust in themselves. While this is often an ongoing process as a parent, I’ve learned what a huge difference it can make having support and knowing you’re not alone.
